- working with Listeners and Creators directly to help and provide incredible support experience for SoundCloud and Repost By SoundCloud
- helping Creators with distribution of their music, assisting on how to grow their audiences and make money from their music on SoundCloud and beyond
- delivering on team KPI targets and keeping the CSAT high
- technical troubleshooting, liaising with Engineering teams and help in improving processes to optimize
the overall user experience
- cross-organizational collaboration and effective communication with various teams (Product, Engineering, Payments)
- training new-joiners and taking over the project of outsourcing part of our daily tasks to another team - leading the training, organising materials, follow ups, scheduling, being available for the team and multiple training sessions
